Meet Beth Stroupe, Senior Shift Lead at FMTC!

 

 

How long have you worked at FMTC? What is your current role?

I have been with FMTC for 4.5 years, and I am currently a senior shift lead on the data processing team.

 

What do you like most about your job?

My favorite part of working at FMTC is that even though we are 100% remote, there truly is a team atmosphere.

 

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

Don’t be afraid to speak up. Share your thoughts and ideas. Ask questions.

 

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I enjoy traveling, cooking, playing video games, reading, and spending time outdoors.

 

 

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I have never had a cup of coffee.

 

Where’s your favorite place in the world?

Anywhere that I can sit on the beach and watch the waves.
