If you haven’t noticed already, we have reskinned our dashboard account for a whole new look. All of the functions are still the same so you shouldn’t have trouble navigating but feel free to let us know if you have any questions. I will also be updating the tutorials soon so keep an eye out for those if you’d like a new walk-through.
Basic Dashboard Features
- Manage Programs – On this page, you can add/remove any programs you manage. You’re also able to add basic details for your program such as contact information, commission rate, and restrictions. All of these will be visible on your profile page in our Merchant Hub. To fill these out, click on the tabs, starting with “Default” and click “Save” at the bottom of each tab:
2. Browse Deals – Here you can view all the links we have in our feed for your programs. If you need anything updated, you can click on the “Details” arrow to the left of the offer and click “Submit An Issue”. This will send a support ticket and we can get the deal updated ASAP:
3. Merchant Hub – Here you can search programs and view your profile page:
4. Support – If you ever need assistance, you can submit a ticket via your account. This can be for getting a deal added, integrating a new program, or anything else:
