In Memoriam: Heather Moore

Affiliate marketing has lost one of its own. It is with sorrow that I share that our longtime team member, Heather Moore, was killed last week. You probably did not know Heather by name, but if you ever emailed us, you may have gotten a response from her, and if you have ever utilized any data from FMTC, she surely contributed to its creation and improvement countless times.

I personally had the pleasure of spending time with Heather on our team retreats over the years. She was always upbeat and appreciative, and sometimes just a little goofy. Earlier this year, I remember her waxing with enthusiasm over the mystery of Oak Island and its possible treasures. She was always reliable, and her absence creates a hole in our operations and in our hearts.

Heather was an amazing individual. I can see why you invited her to work with FMTC. She was kind, she was energetic, she loved helping all of us. She never wavered in her pursuits to make our jobs better and to make the team better. I’ve said this many times: Jen and Heather (and Carrie) are the best supervisors I’ve ever had. I’ll miss everything about Heather. I worked with her for almost 4 years this September. She was just one of the best people I’ve ever known, and I thank Jen for bringing her into all of our lives here at FMTC. May Heather rest in peace. – Chris Reynolds

No words can truly describe how losing you feels. You are one of the nicest and most positive people I’ve ever come across in my workplace. Heather was not only a coworker, but one of my closest and dearest friends. Almost 7 years ago, I had the opportunity to refer her to FMTC. She is the only person I have ever referred in my nearly 10 years with the company, and anyone who worked with Heather knows why that decision was so easy.

Heather brought an incredible work ethic, positivity, and warmth to everything she did. Her absence at FMTC will be deeply felt, but for me, the loss reaches far beyond work. I will miss her friendship, her laugh, her infectious personality, and simply knowing she was there. She will be missed more than words can say. – Jennifer Greene
