Meet Hannah Dunteman, Full Stack Developer at FMTC!
How long have you worked at FMTC? What is your current role?
I have worked at FMTC since Thanksgiving 2021. I work primarily as a front-end developer.
What do you like most about your job?
A calm yet motivating environment and the flexibility to work from home at times best for my family.
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Find a job that’s either meaningful or interesting. Because work takes up a lot of your time, and you shouldn’t spend that time bored and unmotivated.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I love a good walk or hike, as well as movies, board games, and lots of music. Most days also include audiobooks, an impromptu dance party with my daughter, and time with family.
What’s your motto or personal mantra?
If you fail or make a mistake, you can always do better next time. You never have to stop learning and improving.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I used to choreograph musical theater productions and was also a ballerina. Coincidentally, it has grown my love of show tunes, but it made me hate classical music. I still love ballet, though.
