• Penske Media has acquired the remaining assets of Vox Media, including The Verge, Eater, and SB Nation, marking the end of Vox as an independent media company and further consolidating digital publishing.

• Tradedoubler has launched a new umbrella brand, Nyorda, bringing its portfolio of marketing, technology, and growth businesses under a single group identity while retaining the Tradedoubler brand for partner marketing.

Forbes is expanding its creator strategy with a new creator-led content initiative designed to grow audiences beyond its owned platforms and increase reach across social channels.

 • Cloudflare data shows bots now generate a majority of web page requests, raising new questions about affiliate attribution, traffic quality, and how AI-driven visits should be measured and valued.   

• Affiliate Future has completed its integration into Adtraction, bringing advertisers and publishers onto a unified platform as Adtraction expands its presence in the UK affiliate market. 

• TikTok unveiled a new AI-powered Symphony Agent and Custom Creator Network, expanding its creator marketplace and automating how brands discover creators, develop content, and manage campaigns. 

• Pinterest has launched an experimental AI shopping app called Ask Pinterest, allowing users to describe what they want in natural language and receive personalized product recommendations.
