Main Queue — Find New Programs to Join

See programs you haven’t joined yet and take immediate action:

• Apply: Open the Program Platform and apply directly.
  
• Hide: Temporarily remove the program from view for two weeks.
  
• Ignore: Permanently remove it from your list.
  

Once you apply, the program automatically moves to the Pending Queue.

Pending Queue — Track Applications Effortlessly

View all programs awaiting approval. ProgramFlow checks for updates daily and automatically moves programs between queues based on platform responses.

Hold Queue — Handle Issues with Confidence

Programs that hit a snag (like a denial) move here automatically. From this queue, you can decide the next action whether to reapply, reach out to the program manager, or close the application.

Communicate Seamlessly

Prefer a more hands-on approach? You can still use ProgramFlow even without connecting your Program Platform credentials.

Simply upload your program data manually, and ProgramFlow will follow the same queue workflow. You’ll move programs between queues manually instead of automatically.
