If you haven’t noticed, we have a new live chat feature on our website. This allows you to contact and chat with a support representative during regular business hours. Our chat hours are M-F from 9am to 5pm CT. If you need assistance outside of these hours, the chat service will notify you and you can submit a support ticket instead.
