For those of you who haven’t heard, I am expecting my first baby (it’s a girl!) and will be going on maternity leave soon. She’s due March 5th and my scheduled last day is March 2nd, which may be cutting it close if she decides to make her debut early. If that happens, I’ll be taking my maternity leave early so I wanted to give everyone a heads up.
It’s always a pleasure working with all of you and I want to make sure you are taken care of while I’m out. So, I wanted to introduce some of my team members who will kindly be covering my tasks. In general, emailing email@example.com will be the best way to go and then you’ll be connected with the correct person to help you, but here is an overview of each team member as well.
Alan is our Datafeed Client Relationship Manager but he also filters through our support tickets and assigns them accordingly. He may answer your questions directly but if not, he will direct your inquiry to the best contact.
Neal handles Enterprise Sales and will be taking on the task of creating new merchant & OPM accounts. He will also help with premium upgrades (view premium deck here).
Kim is our Account Manager and works mostly with Fresh Press Media advertisers but will be taking care of FMTC merchant & OPM placements as well as weekly blog posts.
Amy Walsh is the DE (data engineer) Team Lead and will be happy to help with any questions regarding deals in our system.
Caryn is in charge of reporting and adding merchants to our system so she’ll handle any merchant requests. She will also take care of Deal Alert placements for our premium merchants.
Anthony, our Web Development guy, will be able to help with any technical troubleshooting.
I’m confident my team will do a great job answering any questions you may have while I’m away taking care of my newborn. You can sit back and relax knowing you will be put in touch with the best person by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org anytime.
I will be returning on or around May 28th and will resume my normal duties then. If you need any assistance before I leave March 2nd please email me at email@example.com and I’ll be happy to help!
