My name is Larissa, and though I’ve been with FMTC for about two years, I have recently been tasked with Merchant and OPM relations. Looking back, I feel like we may have a been a bit “aloof” in the past – and I intend to correct that!
To start, I want to connect with everyone who is signed up with an FMTC Dashboard Account, and give you some general information and tips on how to navigate through your account.
How to Use Your FMTC Program Manager Account
Log-in and View Content
By logging in and choosing your program on the “Manage Programs” page, you can search to see the content we have for your program at any time. You can also use the “Account Settings” tab to add others from your company so they can review content as well.
To view the offers we have in our system for your program, go to the Browse Deals section under the Links & Tools tab.
Your program details appear in the Merchant Hub, so be sure to look yourself up!
Updating Content
If there is anything you would like added or corrected, please use the “Submit an issue” button to send us the information.
OPM Accounts
For those of you who work with an agency and manage multiple programs, you have the ability to choose all of the programs that are being managed by your agency. You can also add other managers from the agency so they can login and see the content for their assigned programs.
Admins can add descriptions and promotional information for the agency, and managers can add more details about their assigned programs to be displayed in the program directory.
