I had the opportunity to ask Carrie a few questions about

What are your favorite merchant to promote?

Tanga, Abe’s Market, Angie’s List, Crazy for Bargains, Cents of Style, Maidenform and many, many more.

What are your favorite types of deals to promote?

Product sales with free shipping.

What do you like best about the FMTC Deal Bank?

It is a shortcut way for my team to see if a coupon/discount is authorized for us in the affiliate channel. We are rule followers (to a fault) and if we aren’t supposed to use a code, then we won’t. FMTC makes it easy for us to play by the rules.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

I love talking to my readers about small and medium-sized merchants they have never heard of before. I’m very open to paid placements. Apart from being an affiliate I consult with merchants to help them build strong relationships with bloggers.

When I’m not behind a computer I am helping my husband home school our two daughters. We are a family who travels – near and far, for short and long trips. We love the life we have!

Thanks, Carrie!
