In preparation for the holidays, here are a few quick tips on helpful dashboard tools available in your free account. The main thing you’ll want to make sure is that all your links are available in our feed. You’ll also want to confirm all the information is accurate – especially if you make a last minute change. With that, the first helpful tool is viewing your links in our feed.
Not seeing your deals up on some of your top affiliates’ sites? If you know your links are available in the network, the next step is making sure they’re in our feed. To do this, go to Browse Deals under the Links & Tools tab.
Here you will see all the links we have in our feed for the programs you manage. If you don’t see one of your programs in the merchant menu, you’ll need to make sure it’s in your Manage Programs page.
The Browse Deals list includes all the current and future deals we have in our feed:
If a deal is missing that recently went live in the network, it might not have been processed yet but should be available soon. If it’s been available at the network for a while and you think there might be an issue, you can submit a ticket. Do this by going to Submit an Issue under the Support tab. You can select Missing Deal as the Department type. Or you can select any of the other options if you need to submit a ticket for a different issue: Feel free to add more details and submit the issue then we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Updating Active Deals
If you see your links are available but need to update one, you can submit a ticket for that specific offer. Simply click on the Details arrow next to the offer and then you’ll see some details drop down. At the bottom of the box, you’ll see Submit An Issue as an option that you’ll click. Just let us know what needs to be updated and we will fix it right away.

Merchant Hub Details
The last tip is making sure your Merchant Hub profile page information is available and accurate. Each program we integrate automatically gets a profile page in our directory. Here affiliates can search for new programs to join and learn more about each program. We include information like the homepage URL, which network(s) the program is on, signup links, and more.
You can view an example of a free profile page here or a premium one here. To update your information, go to the Manage Programs page of your account. Then, click on the Details arrow next to your program’s name. Here you’ll see some tabs drop down that you can fill out:
Please remember to click “Save” at the bottom of each tab before moving onto the next. Once you’re done, you can view your page by going to the Merchant Hub and searching for your program. Click on your program’s name when it appears in the results and you’ll be taken to your profile page.
If you see any information that needs to be updated that you can’t access via your account (logo, URL, categories, etc.) let us know! We can take care of everything else in the backend for you.
